After Junior general secondary education and the Higher General Secondary Education, Daan successfully graduated in 2009 of the two year (fast track) course of CIOS Goes(a sports education) . With the majors: Sport Coordinator Uniform Professions ( SCUP) & Swimmingand various minors such as : A + B Swim Leader , Fitness Instructor and Jogging group Trainer A . Internships and work experience include : Dutch Marine Corps , FitPlus , Swimming pool “De schelp” in Bergen op Zoom, SPADO Bergen op Zoom , Arendse Health Club & Fitness Palace Breda . Daan Duijm also did courses in First Aid and Rescue swimming.
In 2009, Daan started the Bachelor of Tourism and Recreation ( FBTR ) on the NHTV in Breda . Currently, Daan Duijm is in the second year of training with his Associate Degree Major: Recreation Manager. In his first year of study he won the province and overall Creativity award in the management game, played by all 400 first year students.
Daan Duijm is ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated. Hij seperates him self from others by a wide and open vision, and experiences in various work areas.

In his private life , Daan Duijm keeps himself busy with sports. Whether running or fitness himself, or equipping people with a good fitness training program. Furthermore, he finds it wonderful to learn new things and reading is his favourite hobby besides sports. From literature to the latest Dan Brown. His most unique work experiences have afforded him the means to go around the world in September 2010 to enrich his live with special experiences. This will include New York, Peru, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Egypt and Kenya. Hoping to work on his personal development, knowledge of other countries, cultures and lifestyles, he is very excited about this trip .
